Salade de saison au jambon serrano grillé et oeufs mimosa, OU gros haricots blancs olive balsamique et copeaux de cabillaud mariné au curcuma.

PLATS.

Mijotée de boeuf aux carotes et romarin, purée de pommes de terre OU pôelée de dorade sur des aubergines et riz basmati, émulsion au saté.

DESSERTS.

Carpaccio d'oranges sanguines et sucre aux épices, OU croquant aux pommes , jus caramel fleur de sel.
